About Us and Our Honeybees
I've been keeping Honeybees since the summer of 1978 when I was stung over 50 times by a feral colony
of honeybees living in an old building I was trying to tear down.  I was fascinated when a local beekeeper
was able to calm the bees and move the section of wall they were living in.  I was able to keep
descendants of that colony for over 11 years. This started my almost 30 year love affair with these most
valuable and industrious of God's creatures, Apis mellifera, or the Honeybee.

Now that so many troubles have been plaguing Honeybees causing their numbers to be cut in half in just
the last 10 years my wife and I are more dedicated than ever to raise more and more Honeybees. When
you purchase our raw unheated and unfiltered honey, you not only get great nutritious honey but you help
this cause immensely.
Thank You!
